Jamaican Iced Coffee

Jamaican Iced Coffee in glass cup

Ingredients and Amounts

  • 1/4 cup of Jamaican Blue Mountain® Coffee
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of nutmeg
  • 4 – 6 ice cubes
  • 1 shot of Captain Morgan® Spiced Rum

Instructions

  • Brew the cup of water with the 1/4-cup of Jamaican Blue Mountain® Coffee
  • Add sugar
  • Chill in the refrigerator
  • Put chilled coffee, ice cubes, coconut milk, sugar, nutmeg, Captain Morgan® Spiced Rum and Tia Maria Liqueur® into a blender and blend
  • Pour into a glass and serve
