Pineapple Iced Coffee

Ingredients & Amounts

• 1/2 cup of ice cream
• 1/4 cup of Jamaican Blue Mountain® Coffee
• 2 cups of water
• 1/2 cup of chilled pineapple juice
• 3-5 ice cubes

Instructions

• Brew the 2 cups of water with the 1/4-cup of Jamaican Blue Mountain® Coffee
• Chill in the refrigerator
• In a blender put the ice cream, chilled coffee, pineapple juice and ice cubes and blend
• Pour into glass and serve
